Sweet Little Deer

IMG_6808

I am so happy that Stampin’ Up! introduced the Stampin’ Blends November 1st!  I chose the Season Chums stamp set to test them out!  This deer just makes me smile!

I first used the lighter Crumb Cake to color the antlers, dots, and tail.  Then I used the darker Crumb Cake to color in the deer.  I used the Color Lifter on the face, top of his hide and part of his hind leg!  The bow I used the lighter Cherry Cobbler to color it all in and followed up with the smaller tip on the outside of the bow.

**Be sure to use the Tuxedo Black Memento ink when using the Stampin’ Blends.  Stampin’ Blends are alcohol based, so they will bleed with any other black that has alcohol in it.

To finish off the rest of the card I used the Cable Knit Dynamic embossing folder and the Be Merry DSP!  Such a cute card!!!
